I have car made by Mercedes Benz that no shop in town has parts on hand for. I spoke to Gunnar and Brenden on a few occasions about work that needed to be done on my Smart car. Weeks later i went to the shop in Sun City West and i probably won't bring my car ANYWHERE but there from now on! So, i called for a fairly easy brake service, easy right? Other shops quoted me hundreds more dollars and could not do work until a week or two out. These guys not only were passionate enough about their work to get me better equipment, but also called Mercedes Benz themselves to check the best options on my vehicle. I brought my car in and Gunnar dropped me off at a local place to grab lunch. Previous experience (from other shops) told me that my car would be there for a few hours sitting on a lift with no work being done. Nope, i had a 30 minute lunch and they actually called me and picked me up to get my vehicle! Then, hours later i received a text message asking how the installed equipment was performing? Which was awesome! I HIGHLY recommend this place as a customer and as a person that works in the hospitality industry!

I have never come across a company so unorganized and so unprofessional. I was locked out of my car after picking up food for my mother and I called key me to help because they were the closest locksmith available. The phone operator was extremely short and rude, clearly not relaying my message with a sense of urgency. I’m also 8 months pregnant, so this stressed me out even more than locking my keys in the car. The tech took 30 minutes to call us with an eta when they said it would be “just a few minutes”. That eta was completely wrong and an hour later, I call the tech to ask where he was and he insisted he was “right around the corner”. 30 more minutes pass and he finally shows up. $175 to unlock my car after two hours and a bunch of lies? I think no. Corporate will also be hearing from me. But I just needed to tell the rest of the world about this first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!

**SCAM ALERT** Called this service to help me get back in my house. Transferred my request to "24 hour locksmith", which then sent my order to independent unlicensed contractors. My contractor utilized an air bag and long lever mechanism to open my door, damaging the frame and door in the process. This procedure is utilized mainly on car doors and broken locks. She then charged me 218$ for the service. The customer service of "24 hour locksmith" has been very dodgy and many "we will get back to you." If you need help call Cory from Old Glory Locksmith.
